1:1 Case Study Programme
A structured four-week exploration of therapeutic sound. The price includes four sessions.
Service Description
This 1-2-1 case study programme offers a gentle, structured journey using the BAST Method to explore how therapeutic sound may support deep relaxation, emotional balance, and overall wellbeing. This programme is designed as a case study, meaning consistency is essential. Each session builds on the previous one, allowing your nervous system and body to gradually respond to the sound-based approach. To experience the full benefit and to ensure accurate case study outcomes, participants are kindly asked to attend all four weekly sessions. This programme is offered as a wellbeing case study and is not a medical or therapeutic treatment. It does not replace professional medical or mental health care.
