CAse study programme
Developed over 27 years, the BAST method (British Academy of Sound Therapy) combines carefully designed therapeutic sound techniques to support relaxation, balance, and overall wellbeing. Using instruments such as Himalayan and crystal singing bowls, gongs, monochord and percussion instruments, each session is tailored to the individual’s needs and goals.
Sessions integrate therapeutic sound with reflection, helping individuals gain insight into their personal experience and support their own process of change.
The combination of sound and reflection promotes deep relaxation, eases tension, and supports emotional and physical wellbeing.
Research conducted by BAST has shown this approach to be highly effective in reducing stress and promoting deep relaxation.
