Service Description
A private sound bath is a deeply relaxing, one-to-one session. The sounds are played continuously in a flowing way using Crystal or Himalayan singing bowls, monochord, gongs, and gentle percussion. The session takes place in a quiet, comfortable space. Lying down, you simply rest and listen as the sound gently flows around you, allowing the body and nervous system to settle naturally. Each session is tailored to individual needs, creating a peaceful and restorative experience for body and energy. The main instrument can be chosen by you at the time of booking. An additional instruments might be added by the therapist to support your journey. Available as a single session or as a three-session pack - valid for three months. Eligibility & Booking Policy
PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING For safety, wellbeing, and ethical reasons, this sound bath IS NOT SUITABLE for individuals who: – Are in the first trimester of pregnancy – Are currently experiencing serious or unmanaged mental health conditions – Have a history of sound-induced epilepsy or seizures – Have any medical condition, or have general health concerns that may be affected by sound, vibration, or deep relaxation – Are unable to lie down on a treatment couch for the duration of the session – Cannot access the first-floor practice space, as there is no lift available Please do not book the sound bath session unless you have carefully read and understood this eligibility information. If you are unsure whether the sound bath experience is suitable for you, we strongly encourage you to contact us before making a booking – To secure your place, booking and payment must be completed in advance. – Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the session are eligible for a full refund or credit. – Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the session, and no-shows, are fully chargeable. – Rescheduling is possible up to 48 hours before your session; requests within 48 hours are not guaranteed. – If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to avoid affecting other participants.
